4 deluxe rooms on the ground floor, spacious, comfortable and with picturesque view, room sizes are of13ft*14ft with king size double bed i.e. 6*6ft with all amenities. 4 rooms on the first floor with Big balcony/sit out area.

Our dining area is separate and large enough to accommodate at least 20 persons at a time. In our kitchen, the meals are prepared exclusively for the resident guests. We take pride in providing homely food and the famed Kumaoni cuisine.

The restaurant runs on a fixed menu basis, however, dishes of your choice, as itemized on our menu can be served when advance notice is given.

Room service, for now, is available only for morning tea.

To maintain the serenity and ambience of the place, the rooms are television free although we do have all the modern amenities. Travelers and vacationers who agree with the concept of an offbeat and ecofriendly holiday would certainly opt for our place.

In keeping with the requirements of some guests, a television with cable connection is available in the common dining area.

Extra person to be charged @35% of the package rate.
No charge for the child upto 5 years.
Child from 5 years upto 12 years will be charged @25% of the package rate.
5% GST to be charged extra on above package rate.
Single occupancy @90% of the package rate.

Cancelation Policy-:

20 days and above- 75% refunded.
7 days to 10 days- 40% refunded..
Less than 7 days – no refund..
